Once an order is submitted, a designer will contact you to start the customisation process.
File Options:
Choose your options from the “File Type”:
► PDF – 1 UP
► PDF – 2 UP (A4) size 297 x 210mm
► PDF – 2 UP (Letter) 8.5” x 11”
*If you select “PDF – 1 UP” as the file type, we will send you a PDF file with bleed + crop marks. This file type is best for professional printers who need bleed/crop marks so that they can trim your file to the correct size.
The standard bleed size will be 0.1181” | 3mm. If using a professional printer, please check to see what their preferred bleed size is.
*If you select “PDF – 2 UP (A4)” size 297 x 210mm as the file type, we will send you a PDF file with 2 items (eg. 2 invitations) on 1 sheet of A4 sized paper with bleed + crop marks. This file type is the best option if you will be printing at home and cutting yourself using the crop marks as guidelines. Depending on the size of items you choose, we may be able to fit 3up or 4up on 1 sheet of paper.
The standard bleed size will be 3mm.
A4 Size papers are the standard size for Australian, New Zealand and Europe based residents.
*If you select “PDF – 2 UP (Letter)” size 8.5” x 11” as the file type, we will send you a PDF file with 2 items (eg. 2 invitations) on 1 sheet of Letter sized paper with bleed + crop marks. This file type is the best option if you will be printing and then cutting at home using the crop marks as guidelines. Depending on the size items you choose, we may be able to fit 3up or 4up on 1 sheet of paper.

Letter 8.5” x 11” size papers are the standard size for United States, Canada, Mexico and the Dominican Republic based residents.
Printing:
► This listing is for fully customised, flattered, non-editable digital files in PDF format.
► Our high-resolution files are print ready and can be printed at home, uploaded to an online printer or a local print shop such as Officeworks, Snap Printing, OptimalPrint, FedEx Printing, Staples, Office Max, Overnightprints, etc…
► For best results we recommend using 107lb/300gsm/14pt Cardstock or higher. This design looks lovely on shimmer, matte and slightly textured cardstock.
► If you will not be printing at home and will be using a professional printing service, it is completely your responsibility to determine whether the file types, file sizes, bleeds and crop marks will meet their requirements.
► Once you receive your final files, they are yours to print. Eternal Stationery do not take any responsibility for the final printed results. All monitors and printers are calibrated differently and as such, it is impossible to predict the final true results from what is seen on screen to the printed product. Quality of cardstock used and printer colour output may also affect the outcome.
